The Brief
Tipomar is a printing house in Bucharest, Romania, serving some of the top brands and advertisers spanning a wide range of areas on the market. While they have been present on the market for some time, they have always been missing a brand identity worthy of their tradition. The project was pitched to me through the advertising agency I was working for at the time, and we ended up creating something truly majestic as a team.
The Solution
My input into the work was taking part in the creative process, brainstorming and ultimately transposing a vision onto graphics. The project was much more complex than a logo, business card and stationary. It involved brochures, flyers, a website, corporate folders, the works. It was all done however based on the idea of combining tradition with innovation that's transparent in both the logo and permeates the business that these guys were running smoothly. The inspiration was of course Rolex. They have since changed the style a bit, but the ground work that I've done with forming a brand is still there, mostly visible in copywriting.
