The Brief
For their upcoming release of a foods packaging brand, Vertigo Trading Co. already had the name in mind. Imperium sounded majestic, important, and reminded me of long-gone empires. This is exactly what the client wanted from its visual identity.
The Solution
It's important to note that I'm not much of a freehand designer with pencil and paper. So I must confess I've had some help with outlining the centurion's head in the logo. It was the one piece that gave the entire visual identity an incredible feel and made it an instant hit with the client.
